In User Experience

lgo-user_testing-9fdaac7fdf9861e191c203c52b111ceeTUG brought their well-reviewed unmoderated user testing class to the Metro Detroit area. Jessica DuVerneay worked with ten attendees during a full day, who learned how to write, implement and analyze unmoderated remote user tests, specifically focusing on utilizing the platform. The class, while intense, was immediately helpful for students who attended.

Ms. Anne-Marie Piesko from North American Bancard wrote: “I fully enjoyed your class and am in the process of compiling (into your docs) feedback from a user feedback session that took place earlier this week! … I felt that the amount of material was quite extensive and yet you managed to pull off providing an excellent training experience that had the right amount of hands on vs. lecture.”

Thank you for your kind words, Anne-Marie!

The Understanding Group is looking forward to offering these classes in other cities. The next one will be in Los Angeles at General Assembly at the end of March. More information on this class.
