Nancy is a collaborative leader committed to providing exceptional operational and financial management to The Understanding Group, with the goal of enabling TUG and TUG clients to thrive.

Prior to joining TUG, she held various management roles in the consulting, healthcare, and academic sectors, including Altarum, the William Davidson Institute at the University of Michigan, and the University of Texas at Austin.

Nancy earned an MBA from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan and a BA degree from The University of Texas at Austin.
