Suzan manages projects at The Understanding Group with aplomb and keeps all our boats tugging along. Dominated by her left-brain, she’s driven to be organized, loves problem solving, and seeks logical patterns in chaotic situations. Suzan’s career began as a self-taught programmer that opened her eyes to the computer software industry. She continues to enjoy working with people and software to find simplicity in complex problems.

Before joining TUG, Suzan consulted for companies across many industries including pharmaceutical, mortgage/banking, startups, academic publishing, manufacturing and distribution, marketing, worldwide heating and cooling, and shipbuilding. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Grand Valley State University in Mathematics and Statistics.
